HOMEMADE QUINCE PASTE PASTAFROLA is a pie made with the French Brisee Pastry technique (French shortcrust pastry). Its texture is smooth and not very sweet. Its filling is a homemade jam made with fruits from the Wellington community. Supporting small producers of Community Fruit Wellington.
This type of pie can be kept fresh for a week in an airtight container and in a cool place. In addition, it can be frozen and retain its qualities when defrosted.
